The Science of Your Evolution


In 2016, after the birth of my youngest son, I hit a physical wall. Standing at my highest weight of 210 lbs, I was caught in the cycle of "quick fixes" and restrictive trends that promised the world but delivered nothing but frustration. It was in that moment of peak exhaustion that I made a choice: I stopped looking for shortcuts and started looking for science.


By 2019, that personal mission resulted in an 85-lb transformation. But I didn't just find a new body; I found a sustainable "happy place" built on metabolic health and real food. This evolution sparked a career shift, leading me to become an Elite Personal Trainer and Master Fitness Trainer. Navigating another postpartum journey in 2023 only reinforced my core belief: your body is a reflection of your discipline, and that discipline is most effective when guided by expertise.

My commitment to your results is backed by more than just standard fitness and nutrition certifications. Currently pursuing graduate studies in Exercise Science, I have built a diverse professional foundation that allows me to look at your health from every angle.


Beyond being a Sports Nutritionist, I hold advanced certifications that bridge the gap between traditional fitness and deep physiological health. I specialize in moving past basic "weight loss" and into the realm of advanced hypertrophy and body recomposition. My approach is strictly "Food First," viewing nutrition as the primary fuel for cellular health and longevity. I believe in using every tool at my disposal—from biomechanics to longevity research—to ensure your protocols are as unique as your DNA.
